Common Questions about Online Coaching

Who is online coaching suitable for?
  • Online coaching is ideal for anyone recovering from injury, returning to sport, or looking to improve performance with professional guidance. It’s suitable for all fitness levels, and especially beneficial if you want expert support without needing to attend regular in-person sessions.

 
Do I need to be injured to sign up?
  • Not at all! While many clients come to us during or after rehab, others join to prevent injury, improve movement, or reach personal fitness goals with confidence.

  • Many of our clients are injury-free and join to prevent injuries before they happen. This is called pre-habilitation—working on strength, mobility, and control to reduce risk and improve long-term performance. It’s especially important if you're increasing training volume or preparing for an event.

What makes this different from regular personal training?
  • This is physiotherapy-led coaching. Every programme is designed by a qualified physiotherapist who understands injury management, biomechanics, and progressive training principles—so your plan is safer, more effective, and tailored to your body’s needs.

How do I get started?
  • You’ll begin with a 60-minute physiotherapy assessment, included in the rehab packages. This allows us to assess your movement, understand your goals, and tailor a plan that meets your exact needs—whether that’s prehab, rehab, or performance.

Can I do this if I’m very busy or travelling?
  • Absolutely. Online coaching gives you maximum flexibility—you can train from home, the gym, or while away. The programme fits your schedule and adjusts weekly based on your feedback and progress.

 
What platform do you use?
  • We use a mobile coaching app Everfit, that includes your full plan, video demonstrations, progress tracking, and direct chat with your physiotherapist. You’ll be guided through setup and supported the entire way.

Can I change my plan or cancel my subscription?
  • Yes—your coaching plan is flexible. You can switch tiers, pause, or cancel with 1 weeks notice. We want this to fit in to your life, not disrupt it.

  • You will be in regular contact with Georgia so you can both decide which option is best for you.

I’m unsure which option is right for me. Can I talk to someone first?
  • Definitely. If you're unsure where to start or whether you need rehab, prehab, or performance coaching, reach out to Georgia to talk through your goals and the best fit for you.

​Can I claim physiotherapy through my private health insurance?
  • Physiotherapy is often covered by private health insurance policies. We can provide you with an invoice to support your claim directly with your insurer. Some employers also offer an annual wellbeing or health allowance that can be used toward physiotherapy and other health-related services. If this applies to you, you can submit your invoice through your workplace scheme for reimbursement.

Do I need a GP referral to see a physiotherapist?
  • No, a GP referral is not necessary.​
