Service Description

Whether you're recovering from injury or rebuilding confidence after time away from sport, this plan provides the structure, support, and progression you need to return stronger and safer. What’s included: ✅ 60-Minute Physiotherapy Initial Assessment: A thorough evaluation of your current condition, sport-specific demands, and recovery goals. ✅ Personalised 8-Week Return-to-Sport Programme: A progressive, sport-specific training plan designed to rebuild strength, mobility, and confidence. ✅ 2 x 45-Minute In-Person Sessions: Hands-on support and performance-focused check-ins to assess progress and make key adjustments. ✅ 8 Weeks of Remote Coaching via App: Ongoing communication, video-led exercise routines, progress tracking, and expert input—all from your phone. Ideal for: - Athletes or active individuals aiming to safely return to sport, competition, or high-level training after injury or time off.
